Shirley is the senior advisor to Chengdu LSC. She is a Certified Public Accountant (Practicing) with the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and she is also a qualified Bidding Evaluation Expert (评标专家).

Shirley brings with her more than 20 years of professional accounting experience in China. She has held senior positions such as financial director with listed companies and foreign invested companies in China as well as advising joint ventures owned by foreign invested companies and the state-owned enterprises.

Companies she worked for or involved in including but not limited to: South-west Airline, Chengdu Baihuo Group, Chengdu Hualian, New Star Electric Appliance Corporation, Tongfa Corporation, Singapore Huanyu Group, Dingyi Group (Master Kang), Convac, Quilvest Asia Limited, Sichuan Trust Corporation, Commercial Bank of Deyang, Everbright International Finance Centre and etc.

Shirley is also elected as a Sichuan Bidding Evaluation Expert and Government Procurement Evaluation Specialist by related government departments. She is therefore qualified to participate in evaluation and reviewing of government investment projects.
