Kelvin is the key to building up the LSC China Group since 2002 and also responsible for the brand building, business development and public relation of the entire group in both Singapore and China. He is the person who strategizes the road map and milestones for LSC China Group. Kelvin co-founded the China alliance “Allied-LSC” Group in 2005 where a group of professional service providers in China are housed together to offer an integrated solution (ONE-Shop CBA services) to foreign invested enterprises in China. He is also in the process of establishing the CPA chapter covering all major cities of China in 2009/2010. Kelvin has been actively involved in business associations and educational alumni in both countries and he is currently the honorary auditor for Shanghai Singapore Business Association (SSBA) and Singapore Chamber of Commerce Jiangsu Chapter (SingCham-Jiangsu).

Industry Experience

Kelvin has close to 20 years of professional and management experience covering external audit, re-organization, due diligence, network distribution, business development, strategic management, corporate development, building and managing strategic alliances and China business.

He has worked in a diverse range of industries including public accounting, mining, environmental engineering, software house, software distribution, management consulting, Internet ventures and manufacturing. He is also representing Singapore investors in governing and advising its China businesses.
