Industry Experience

Michael is currently the Audit Partner-in-charge of Shanghai LSC Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. and he is a Certified Public Accountant (Practicing) with the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).

He has more than 20 years of professional experience, blending a mixture of internal and external audit, accounting controllership, tax, reorganisation, share and business evaluations for acquisition and corporate reconstruction, due diligence and risk management covering a diverse range of industries in China, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Michael’s portfolio of clienteles includes construction and development companies, trading and retailing, manufacturing, freight forwarding & logistics, hotels and restaurants, shipbuilding and repairing, laboratories and pests control, fish farming, travel and tour agents, jewellery and plastic manufacturing, advertising and media.

Prior to joining LSC China Group, Michael worked for a US-China joint venture company in Shanghai as its CFO for more than 3 years where the US shareholder is an unit (International Finance Cooperation) of World Bank.

Michael is involved in the consulting and outsourcing engagements for audit clients. He also has overall responsibility for client service and project delivery.
